Frequently Asked Questions
Do I Pay For The Full Subscription In Advance?
Most of our subscription clients choose to pre-pay in advance for all or part of their subscription service. You can pre-pay for 1 month of service, 3 months of service, 6 months of service (5% discount), or 12 months of service (10% discount). You may also elect to be invoiced the week of each flower delivery/pick up. All sales are invoiced through Quickbooks where you can pay for your subscription securely online. All sales are final.
How Long Will The Subscription Last?
We have subscription packages lasting 1, 3, 6, and 12 months with once a month, twice a month, or weekly delivery / pick up options.
What Day Can The Flowers Be Delivered / Picked Up?
Your flowers can be delivered any day between 10:00AM - 5:00PM. You may also vary your date(s) each month if you'd like. You also have the option to change delivery dates to accommodate travel plans or celebrations. Many will ask to have the flowers delivered/picked up right before they entertain guests. We are happy to accommodate special requests for specific dates.
How Does Delivery Work?
Each delivery is $7.50 to any Davidson address, and $12.50 to any Huntersville/Cornelius/Mooresville address for the duration of your subscription. Contact-free pick up from our home studio is available at no extra charge.
Can I Choose The Type Or Color Of Flowers To Be Used?
Of course! We want you to be happy with each design we make for you. Don’t hesitate to let us know about any preferences that you have ahead of time and we are happy to accommodate them.
Do I Get To Keep The Vases?
If you would like to keep the vase each time, we can include the cost of the vase into the price (simply adding $5 to each flower delivery). However, most recipients already have plenty of vases and ask for us to pick up the prior month’s vase when we make a new delivery or they bring them back to us at their next pick up. The advantage to this is it allows us to put all of your money into the flowers and it helps cut down on our carbon footprint. And win-win for all!
May I Reschedule My Subscription If I Am Going Out Of Town?
Absolutely! Simply email email@example.com at least 48 hours before the delivery that needs to be rescheduled and let us know when you would like to have it delivered instead. We are happy to accommodate any change in date as long as we know in advance.
