We consider ourselves to be a modern take on your standard floral shop. We're a really small business and we keep things very simple around here. We offer wrapped bouquets and vased arrangements in a beautiful designers choice color palette and garden inspired style every week! We also offer Flower Subscription Services and Wedding and Event Floral Design. Looking for a more traditional style florist? That's not really our vibe, but we are always more than happy to refer you to our flower shop friends in the surrounding communities. We think they're pretty awesome :)

We are located at 432 South Main Street, Suite 100 in beautiful downtown Davidson!

We are open Tuesdays - Fridays from 10:00AM - 3:30PM. Yes, we know. Those are pretty odd hours. We lovingly call them our "Mom Hours." All these friendly faces you see working at the shop? That's right - we're all moms to little ones. So, for now, we're striving to give our community the best flowers and customer service we can with the hours we can give. But, when that school bell rings, make sure you wave to us in the carpool line too! :)

* Please note we are generally out of the shop on Saturdays for weddings and events so we cannot offer daily floral pickups or deliveries on Saturdays at this time and we are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Great question! We are new to the retail store front scene and are currently getting our shop phone established. In the meantime, all correspondence is done via email at hello@davidsonflowerco.com. We respond to emails Mondays - Fridays from 10AM - 5PM. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes! We typically try to keep a handful of wrapped bouquets and mason jars stocked in our cooler for quick in person purchases. But, if you stop by and have a minute, we can whip something up for you on the spot as well!

Our flower designs (be it a wrapped bouquet or a vase!) are going to be designed with as much texture and variety as you'd find in a garden. We love the wild, unruly bloom that packs a punch with its unique shape or color- so you'll often find something unusual in our offerings. Our assortment of blooms is picked based on seasonality and availability, and we love dressing up your day with a bit of natural romance.

We offer flower bouquets wrapped in burlap and vased flower arrangements throughout the year in our signature color palette that's filled with bright and happy colors! It's kind of what we've become known for around town :) Most of our designs are what we call "designers choice" meaning that creative liberty is given to our designers to give you the best of the best in season flowers every time. We also create special flower menus for big holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, and the winter holiday season, to help you find the most beautiful flowers of the season to celebrate special occasions. Some of our favorite seasonal flowers, like Anemones and Peonies, are only around for a few weeks each year, so keep an eye on our social media pages to see what's fresh at our shop each week.

You bet we do! We offer flower delivery Tuesdays - Fridays to Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, and Mooresville. Simply place your order online, and select a delivery date at checkout.

Delivery to Davidson is $10, Huntersville/Cornelius is $15, and Mooresville is $20.

DFC delivers between 11:00AM - 4:00PM, Tuesdays through Fridays. Delivery times vary based on our delivery driver's routes, and the recipient's distance from our shop. While we cannot guarantee a specific time for standard deliveries, priority delivery may be available for an added fee. If you'd like to request priority or a specific delivery time for your order, please email hello@davidsonflowerco.com with your order number and the details of when you'd like your delivery scheduled.

Yep! We do that too. When you place your order online, you can always pick it up from our flower shop free of charge!

Sadly, we are currently not able to offer same day orders due to the small size of our business. You can place an order by 2:00PM each day for next day delivery or pickup! Need flowers ASAP? Pop by our shop in person and our designers will be happy to assist.

DFC flower arrangements are all one of a kind! Each one is subject to flower availability and seasonality. While we can take requests for certain color palettes, we reserve the right to substitute as needed. That means we cannot guarantee any specific flowers or colors, but we'll always try our best. To add certain requests for flower choices, allergies, or color preferences please add your note in our "Let Our Designers Know More About Your Order" section on the checkout page when placing your order.

We work with a wonderful local wholesaler in the Lake Norman area as well as a selection of local flower farms in the western North Carolina area. We also are so proud to have what we lovingly refer to as our mini-micro flower farm right in our own backyard!

The best way to care for your flowers is to keep them in fresh, cool water away from direct sunlight or heat. Replacing the vase water daily is the trick that keeps your flowers looking their best the longest. Certain varieties of flowers last longer than others, but with proper care, our cut flowers and arrangements can last 5-7 days!
