Business, restaurant, and personal home subscription packages are available in many styles and in various frequencies. How Long Will the Subscription Last?
We have subscription packages lasting 3, 6, and 12 months with once a month, twice a month, or weekly delivery / pick up options. You can pre-pay for 3 months of service, 6 months of service, or 12 months of service (at a 5% discount!). All sales are invoiced through Shopify where you can pay for your subscription securely online. All sales are final.
What Day Can The Flowers Be Delivered / Picked Up?
Your flowers can be delivered or picked up Tuesdays through Fridays between 10:00AM - 3:00PM. You can change pick up/delivery dates to accommodate travel plans or celebrations. Many clients ask to have flowers delivered/picked up right before they entertain guests!
How Does Delivery Work?
Each delivery is $10 to any Davidson address, $15 to any Huntersville/Cornelius address, and $20 for any Mooresville address for the duration of your subscription. Store pick up from our flower shop is available at no extra charge.
Can I Choose The Type Or Color Of Flowers To Be Used?
Of course! We want you to be happy with each design we make for you. Don’t hesitate to let us know about any preferences that you have ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate them.
May I Reschedule My Subscription If I Am Going Out Of Town?
Absolutely! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours before the delivery/pick up that needs to be rescheduled and let us know when you would like to have it delivered/picked up instead. We are happy to accommodate any change in date as long as we know in advance.
